    We had planned on having three toilets installed in our home. We discovered that two of the toilets sent from the manufacturer had been damaged. Therefore, only one toilet was installed. After paying for services, the receipt indicated that payment was only a Deposit. We had not signed a contract and were in no way obligated to have anything else done. We had to insist on receiving paperwork that we'd paid in full. Needless to say, we'll be getting another plumber to install the remaining two toilets when replacements are received.
