    Reliable and knowledgeable. He came whenever I needed him and promptly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Highly recommend.

    I do not recommend using him. Very unprofessional. Made a non emergency situation into a emergency. He wanted us to wait a week to fix the pipes he cut. When we had a overflow that he said would not happen, we called and he hung up. Said he will not be out until next week.
