My AC went out in my main house (temps reached to 86 degrees inside) that is listed for sale and I had a house showing this evening so I texted Mike Brown and Brad Russell. They came out within a few hours and fixed my unit in minutes. Parts on the truck ready to go...123 up and running and out the door they went....simply amazing! They are the best guys working so hard to save all of us from sweating in this 100% degree weather!
I also had them come to my townhouse to fix some other issues with a brand new install from another contractor that needed to be repaired. They have taken the time to help me solve both issues with both properties. Honest, VERY reliable and they work until after dark to get to every customer too.
I can't thank them enough for the exceptional customer service! Thank you so much!
UPDATE: We had he return ducts cleaned the other day in the townhouse.
RAVE ... We bought a townhouse and were still coughing (my son has bad allergies and asthma) and having dust even after getting the halo and UV light installed by another AC guy and we couldn't figure out why. Look at the photos and you can see how important it is to clean and maintain your AC and vents. I called Mike Brown and he suggested cleaning the AC ducts. He check all the AC vents and said I just needed to clean the return vents not all of the vents throughout the house to save me money. This guy is all about honesty and customer service. I am so glad I found this company, they have restored my faith in contractors. Thank you Leo and Jr for being so friendly and doing a great job.
