My experience with Mike's Construction that this Company are not Relabels. Wrote up a Contract I was looking to replace In Close Porches agreed to the Price put my down payment. but didn't hear from maybe 2 months later. Then late called me told that the city would not allow me installed Vincy Siding. I would have use Ceramic Tile for outside my Porches which go Thousand Dollar more. I refuse to change my Contract. I told he can cancel this Contract he can retune my down payment. Then call me back he would content with progress for the price we agree to but including the Ceramic Tiles for contract I has agrees too. But when they started the downside my porches. Claim a Inspected was coming out 3 time. There only 1 time did the Suppose Inspection came but i wasn't allowanced to see him. When they finished the outside and move downside porch didn't replaced the back as the original side we agreed. Told them unless sticked to Contrack and side he had wrote up they can leaved but didn't sticked to contract so let them go and too they remain money I own them got my porches put back supposed. They can in with cheaper door and that didn't know what they are doing. One set of heired said they got them Home Depot hire come installed Drywall. I refuse lets this Company continued to lie to me take my not get what I paid for. I Called Mike Construction to Complaint about my services trey referee to responded back to me. This are not a Reliver Company.
