    My story is mostly the same as the several reviews above. I have lost my winter full payment for pool opening and services and 1/2 payment on equipment I didn`t receive. the only address I have for Mike is their billing address. 103 S. Coles ave suite A Maple Shade, NJ 08052. I have heard he was on Facebook 10 days ago. Might want to check that out. Sandy from Medford

    What a joke - made the mistake of paying in full for the dscount and now have zero service or responce from them. I guess I am lucky that I did not have equipment disapearas other did. Stay far away from these crooks - I think they spend too much time smoking weed between jobs to even know what is going on with thier clients. If anyone knows where they operate from please give me the address - that is the only way I will be able to confront them about taking my noney. I can be reached at [email protected]

    Many of us have been taken advantage by Mike and Julie. They have taken our deposits plus our Polaris and filter grids. I urge you all to go to your local police and file a theft report. I went today to the Medford Police Department. I had my contract, proof of payment, plus estimates of equipment that I have to replace.

    Mike and Julie (Mike's Custom Pools) are crooks. Like everyone else here...I was blatantly ripped off of my 50% deposit for opening, closing and maintenance. My Polaris was taken as well, which means they premeditated stealing our equipment and ripping us all off since last September! Theft report is being filed with Freehold Township Police Dept. Also, their business has not filed a business report with the State of NJ since 2013 and I'm assuming they do not have the insulation and protection a certified business would have from personal claims or liens. If anyone wants to contact me - [email protected] UPDATE: June 1 2015: To update my review below. New pool company came today and discovered that MCP also took our pool filter cartridges valued at over $800! Police report now needs to be modified to bring my total loss to over $3k.     Terrible Pool Service Company

    Mike's Custom Pools never showed up to open my pool yesterday. All phone calls to MIke's and Julie's cell phones went directly to voice mail. Office phone was shut off. I got suspicious a week ago when they werent answering phones during their "winter hours" which were Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. We prepaid for service as well as opening and closing. He also has our Polaris as well.
    Not sure how to proceed.

    Thieves who took money but did not perform services

    Paid for the May pool opening in January 2015, but when I called them @ 856-230-4605 this evening I got an automatic voice message saying "this number is no longer in service". I should have known something was wrong when I called them last September, after they closed my pool, to complain the cover was not properly installed. I left 3 messages and never received a reply! They also stole my Polaris cleaner! I will be filing a police report with Maple Shade and complaints with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commision. Michael I. Kolwicz and Julie K. Rollence are thieves who need to be held accountable!

    Pool Opening/Closing - Equipment Cleaning

    Mike and Julie also took my pool filter cartridges and my Polaris which was brand new last year when he winterized my pool. Julie and Sylvia came to my home the end of April to open my pool and give me an estimate to repair and replace my tiles since they were loose and some had fallen off. They took off the cover of the pool and on May 2nd I got my estimate in the mail. I spoke to Sylvia on May 4h to confirm my pool opening which I had already paid for., On May 5th, no one showed up when I called I got no answer but Sylvia did call around 3:45pm and left a message on my home phone that Mike would be there on the 6th at noon to open. No one again showed up. I just found out that he has fled with not only my equipment but my money and wanted more money from me for the tile work. Which I did not send. I am going to my local police to file a Criminal Theft Claim for the equipment that I had to repurchase and payment to re-open my pool by another company. I have Mike and Julia information if anyone is in need of it to do their own claims so we can get justice and hopefully our money back. email me at [email protected]

    Mike and wife Julie took my pool filter cartridges when pool was winterized in Oct. 2014. . I later pre-paid fee to reopen pool in May of 2015. They never showed to re-open pool and have not returned my cartridges. . they will not respond to phone, text or email. . I'm out about $700.
