The absolute worst tile job I've ever seen. They installed multiple cracked wall tiles in the shower area and refused to replace them because it was "too much work and can mess up the other tiles already installed." Oof. Had another cracked floor tile and wide non uniform gaps that the installer blamed on the "handmade" nature of the tile but was clearly laid wrong and the subsurface wasn't prepped properly (leveled) leading to the asymmetrical tiles being laid. When grout was applied, there were countless areas where grout was missing and they wanted us to address each area to redo them (there were hundreds of gaps in a small area). Whole floor needed to be regrouted. They tiled the shower floor and grouted around the new drain without removing the protective plastic wrap around the metal fitting so now my floor drain probably isn't waterproof and looks so bad. Whole project took months and was supposed to be two weeks. Installer was rude and had an excuse for every single issue described above. Never took fault for anything despite us both looking at a cracked installed tile. Talking to this guy was like being in a Twilight Zone episode. I would show him areas where grout was missing or very low and he would say "it is supposed to be that way" and then I would show him areas where the grout was over applied and raised above the tile level less than foot away from the missing grout area and he would say, "it is supposed to be that way." It was wild. Save yourself some pain and heartbreak and don't go with this company for your tile project.
