    Mike was the lowest cost contractor and his quality was not bad.
    The problem was that I feel that he often underestimated the work to be done and it was not done within the time schedule that he provided

    I had a small garage in need of repair, Mike conditioned the wood due to mold, replaced the roof and cleaned up as if he was never there. He did a great job and the quality of work is excellent. I recommend him! Great job and thank you.
