He painted my pool in 2017. The paint oxidized, so when you swim cloudy film comes off and is impossible to swim in the very cloudy water. 2019 I figured out what was causing bad water, called him. Said he would come to check-never came or called to explain. So far this year I have tried to make contact by phone or text 7 times. He has not replied. Ellen
