I highly recommend Mile High Property Services. Brian is great. When we had hail damage, he arranged to be there when the insurance inspector was there to make sure he found all the damage.

They come in at a solid price, and they are in and out quickly and cleanly. I didn't find any debris around the yard after they left.

Nothing but good things to say about MHPS.

    Rental Maintenance

Unprofessional and overpriced. Another vague line item invoice. Even got upset at me when Home Depot made a will call error and refused to believe me that they had done so. This extra "vanity' will call was added to my order by the last name, even though he was instructed to use my cell number, which turns out be a door light any eight-year-old could carry. Then later, Refused to show up or answers the text when confronted on pricing versus worked done. I would not recommend his services to anyone. Stay away. There's a reason his not with the BBB...

Not really sure about the other customers, but I had nothing but a great experience with Brett and Mile High Property Services Group. They arrived timely, got the work done quickly and had zero issue.
I had such a great experience that I used him again and referred him to other friends and family. I personally won't go with another maintenance company.

Brett is running a scam. Do not give him your money before he does the work. He will cash your check immediately and not complete the work. I paid him $360 to repair all of my gutters, install a headboard and fix my lawn mower. He did fix one portion of my gutters and installed my headboard in a subpar fashion but didn't reattach gutters to the house and my lawn mower still doesn't work. My husband has left him a message and I have texted him to come back to fix the mower to no avail. Don't let the uniformed shirts, business cards and pre-printed invoices fool you like I did.

Brett Standifird no-showed/no-called on a job to complete handyman job. His company website is ficticious. He is slow and incompetent at simple tasks
I responded to a craigslist ad and decided to Hire Brett Standifird because he represented himself to be a insured and bonded handyman. I had him replace a garbage disposal, install kickplates to two doors, install bathroom hardware, and install a wall mount for a flat panel television for a neighbor.

Brett arrived with an "assistant". I thought that was great because the work would be done more efficiently. His assistant turned out to be his wife that he squabbled with openly.

The first task was to install the tv wall mount for my neighbor. He started by drilling 3 large holes directly into the drywall without locating the stud. I understand it is common knowledge that television must be mounted into the stud to support the weight of a tv. What should have been a 20-minute task took over an hour and a half.

I needed to get to Lowes for parts and came home to find that he installed kickplates on the interior of the door! His response was that a lot of people do that. Kickplates are used to cover scuff marks from people propping doors open with their feet as they enter. Not to kick them shut once inside.

Three hours into the day, he was not finished with the job and needed more parts for the bathroom. He said some of the parts I had weren't compatible and offered to pick them up for me and complete the jobs on Monday at 10am.

At 11am Monday, I call and after two rings the phone goes to his voicemail. I leave a message. I also leave a text message which was how we originally corresponded. I'm still waiting for a return call. I went to the website listed on the business card he had given to me. The site had a different phone number than the one on the card. When I called the number listed on the website, it went to a web developer. The developer told me that the site was a demonstration site only. Brett Standifird was falsely advertising under this site to make himself appear larger, more qualified, and more credible than he is.

I have egg on my face with a neighbor that has 3 holes in her drywall she didn't bargain for. I have bathroom hardware that is waiting to be installed and I have an idiot that had no problem cashing my check.
