Miles is a con artist. He cannot build, he cannot even do small repairs. Everything he does needs to be taken down and redone. But he does know how to take your money. After thousands of dollars I paid him, I have triple the amount of damages.

I would not recommend anyone to him, his work is terrible,he's a dishonest person, he did work at my house has been 2 years and I am still fixing things that he screw up, basement with cracks ceiling and walls. borders loose, cheap floor, if it get wet will puff up, tile on bathrooms poorly done edges not fished not leveled ,showers plumbing loose from 2 bathrooms, toilets also loose one of them was leaking under a cabinet, was going to hire some one to do stairs outside , he said he could do it, I wanted stone, he used wood edges not planted on ground not enough depth or ground stone to hold cement paver pads, rain washed most of soil stairs very unstable, had to have it remove and done properly by a professional, my mistake was having a crook like him taking advantage of me, asking for thousand of dollars before the job was even begun, I have lots thousands of dollars, many people have complained i am surprised he still working, some day he will learn his lesson..

Definitely would not recommend. Made promises for months do do work that was never done. I should be grateful for that. The work he did do (deck renovation) was shoddy, and needs to be re-done. Steer clear.
