In violation of a contract we signed, Mill City Remodeling used unlicensed workers, did not pull necessary permits (as well as telling us those permits were not needed) and did not pay his subcontractors. He refuses to refund us for work he did not complete. He left 5 projects partially finished in our home and left our garage and master bedroom littered with tools and trash for weeks rendering them unusable. He left an unsafe hole in our entryway floor with exposed piping for weeks. We have yet to find any state contracting licensure for Ryan Reid, owner of Mill City
