Our experience with Jay was one of the greatest we have ever had with a contractor. Jay repaired the finish on our patio which after 10 years had begun to look terrible. Jay, with his artistic talent, was able to mix several stains to replace the color that had been lost. It originally was an acid stained surface. I don't know of anyone else that would have taken the time to make our patio a thing of beauty.
Not only did he make the patio look great, but he noticed the front garage sconces had faded. He repainted these at no additional cost. He also pressure washed our drive and then set about to paint a very drab rock in our landscape. It now looks like a special rock that came from a copper mine.
We would recommend Jay to anyone who wants an extremely well-done job. We can't recommend him highly enough. He came as a contractor and left as a friend.

Jay Jenkins is a cut above most contractors and is more an artist and perfectionist. Not only did the house get repainted/remodeled but the pool cool deck, wrought iron, patio stained and furniture repainted, and many others details. I can say honestly the house and yard are in better than when it was new. I would rate Jay 10 stars if I could. His prices are very fair and honest. Jay also like dogs and enjoys buying/feeding dog treats as an added bonus.

I am the owner of Starizona. An astronomy retail shop in Tucson. I knew Jay was a painter for many years having been a customer of ours. I was a commercial painter myself for years. My house exterior paint was showing considerable solar damage and I knew I would need to get a new coat on it soon. So I purchased paint and though I would be able to squeeze it into my schedule, but I never could block out enough time to do it right. Jay stopped in to the shop and I asked him if he would do the job having seen previous work he had done in town. I am so pleased with the results. Jay did an incredible job with much attention to every detail, from prepping to finishing it was superb.

I had Jay coat my roof. It was leaking in a few spots through a couple of ceiling vents. I found Jay to be very professional and conscientious. He cleaned the roof and sprayed on the roof coating. We have had a couple of heavy rains since he did the work, and it has no longer leaked. I think Jay is a very honest person and a hard worker. I would highly recommend him to do any work around the house.

Jay painted my house last month and far exceeded my expectations. He delivered on every detail of the contract and more. His work is with the highest of integrity. His work is done with perfection; he is completely reliable and dependable. He did all sorts of extras, including putting up some snake wire to protect my dog in the back yard, and re-building, re-staining the gate (it is now the BEST looking gate in the neighborhood.) Jay uses a high quality of paint and puts extra coats if needed to ensure the paint job on the house will last many years. I believe this makes it a great deal, and the house looks super. He caulked where the house needed caulking, and repaired some stucco. He painted the window frames which looks better than the steel color. And he had a contact that worked with him to install a doggie door, which has been wonderful! I am super pleased with Jay Jenkins and highly recommend him.

I hired Jay to paint the exterior trim on my brick home. Normally, this is something I would do myself. However, I was terrified of paint drips on the bricks. I knew if that happened, I would never get it off. It only took Jay 2 days to scrape, prime, & paint the trim. He did an excellent job. Absolutely no drips and the house looks great! Jay was punctual and professional. I would highly recommend.
