I would not recommend Sam Miller the owner fills you full of empty promises builds your trust ensuring he wouldn’t put you in anything he wouldn’t put his family in, makes you feel good about your decision then when it comes down to it doesn’t build the house you were under contract for. You pick a siding color and he can’t get it in doesn’t bother to call but decides what he wants for your home your paying over 300k for. He doesn’t follow the list of items on your sheet and when you go to close are missing essential things you got charged for as add ons. He says there is a one year builder warranty but when you call him and address issues he says they will be taken care of and 8 months later still nothing resolved. You might as well be on his payroll to remind him of things he still owes you because it makes you feel like you are his secretary. When dealing with Sam handle with kids gloves as he is very controlling and constantly acts like he is the smartest man in the room, if you approach him in a manner he doesn’t see “fit” he will blow off any further calls to fix huge issues with your home. The homes are all cookie cutter and rushed attention to detail is missing in every process from start to finish when you tell him about it his response is well it’s not going to be perfect. Not an answer you would expect in a brand new home from the guy who is suppose to build it for you. He is very condescending and demeaning. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Miller Homes is being dishonest on their website. They claim they are the biggest builder in a community called Brady Landing Airpark. Before hiring them I decided to check. Driving through the neighborhood I found many homes that looked like they were of nice quality. Then I turned up another road and those are not that great. After checking around I found that Miller Homes only built 9 homes, which are the ones that are cookie cutter homes that go up quickly. Not interested. By the way I counted 22 homes not built by them. I will move on to an honest contractor.
