This guy Randy is a total psycho, I would never use him again. He took several weeks longer on a demo project than promised so my client asked me to use a different company for the second half of the demolition, this guy was paid in full for everything he did, and the amount, I might ad, matched exactly his written proposal and I have a copy of the cancelled check that he was paid. I explained to him that since he took so long to get the job done I had to go with a different contractor for the second part of the work per my clients request. He went completely nuts and claimed I owed him an additional $300 which I explained was not part of our contractor so he called the city and told the inspector he was never paid and spent an extensive amount of time trying to sabotage my project with the village. He even showed up at the job site several times when the 2nd contractor was working and began swearing at and threatening him. Stay away from this unprofessional clown.
