He painted the exterior of my house and doors. The door he provided/ painted and installed did not seal correctly and he never would answer or return any phone calls. It created water damage in my house. I explained on the message I left several times I wanted to correct the door problem myself with the manufacturer, but he would not even call me back with that information. He also said he would come back and finish some other work for me but did not follow through on that either. It took a very long time for him and his crew to even begin the job and then it took them an extremely long time to finish. After only three years the paint already began peeling in my windows, which he assured me that this expensive quality paint would not peel for many years.

Jim Miller did an excellent job of repainting my house (with very high ceilings) and doing full repairs after a big leak from a storm. This has been several years ago, but I was very pleased with the result and the cost was reasonable.
He was hired to paint our newly purchased old bed and breakfast located in Middlesex County, Virginia. I found the work done to be satisfactory but found Mr. Miller’s behavior to be very unprofessional and dishonest. I was not happy to find that my unoccupied dwelling was being used for Mr. Miller’s inappropriate behavior. Lucky for him that we really liked one of the employees who did an outstanding job or we would have let Miller Custom Painting hit the road long before the job was completed.
