    I contacted Chris Miller to make some very last minute fixes on my home, which was being sold, about 3 weeks prior to settlement. Chris was extremely friendly, prompt and straightforward about what needed to be done and how long the project would take. Even through planning around our spring weather, Chris made sure the project was done before the house settled, and was able to save some supplies and fix the roof capping without having to start from scratch using brand new supplies, thereby saving me money! HUGE. Big props to Chris, I would completely use his services again and recommend him to ANYONE who needs work done, and done well.
