We would advise people to think twice about using this builder. He built a home for us and it has been a nightmare since the day we moved in. To say the workmanship is substandard is an understatement. We have been replacing things that have stopped working or fallen apart since we moved in. To mention a few; well pump, heat pump, roof, toilets, carpet, septic system repaired. All our calls went unanswered and promises to make things right never amounted to anything. Contractors we have in to repair or replace items all ask who built our home and then want to know if he knew what he was doing. No attempt by Brian Miller to try and make things right ever occurred. For those of you who have used Brian Miller, I would advise you to look carefully at his workmanship and we can only hope that he has improved since he worked on our home.
