    Mike is most pleasant to work with. He is professional, courteous, efficient and communicates well and timely with customers. His crew always arrives on time, works hard, and does quality work. Millette Construction is definitely one of the best in the Monterey area. We are very happy with the work they have done with our Monterey house.

    We have been using Millette Constuction for over 5 years on multiple projects. Always fair. He has done big projects (restructing a a 2 door garage) for us and small ones (setting up custom cabinets in a room). Even came to our house Christmas Eve for a ceiling leak after a quick email I sent him. Great price, Great service, Great crew. We recommend them to all of our friends and they have all been pleased.

    We recently hired Millette Construction to do a kitchen remodel, which included a new counter top, sink, faucet, and microwave. We were really impressed with Mike's communication throughout the length of the project, from providing us an initial estimate, which was very reasonable, to finishing the project in a timely manner. The professionalism and workmanship of his crew and that of his subcontractors was excellent. I would highly recommend Millette Construction. He's honest and can be counted on to do a great job.     Millette Construction did wood siding dry rot repairs to our 70 year old home and the workmanship was excellent. Also had a double gate added in place of an old rotting fence which stayed great.
    Would recommend Millette Construction for any remodeling, repairs or custom building.
    Great work done by his staff in demolition, building and clean up.

    Mike is THE BEST!!! We hired Mike and never regretted it one day, in fact we found ourselves saying over and over again how thankful we felt having Mike at the lead of our project. Mike helped us build a brand new 3,000 sqft dream home! He was with us the whole way - from designing it, city planning, demolition of the old home and building of every square inch of the new home. From demolition to move-in ready was under 10 months. INCREDIBLE!!! Mike is a leader, he communicates to his clients and most importantly to his talented team of workers. He is the first to work in the morning and the last to leave!! I'd hire Mike to do any job, period dot! Come by anytime to see the house he built us! 1255 Shell Ave in PG.
