Milligan Concrete was hired to remove old concrete on our property and pour new concrete. The job included installing paver stones in the front of the house. Bill Milligan claimed the job wold take 1 month when he won the bid. After 6 months the job is incomplete. The crew installed stones so poorly they now constitute a hazard on our property. Bill lied in claiming that I instructed the crew to install the hazard. Several of us witnessed his crew also cut roots to a 100 year old tree on our property that subsequently died and fell. Bill claims his crew cut no roots which is preposterous. Our attorney is working to get compensations for our damages. Bill Milligan will not even provide the contact information for his attorney.
