    Build the house
    $300,000

    This is not my first new build....worst experience with any builder. DOES NOT stand behind builders warranty. The work has been unprofessionally inaccurate and not even finished. Windows installed wrong-- ignored. Doors not installed correctly--- ignored. Holes in walls---ignored
    Ignores messages and e-mails. Lousy business practice, not at all professional did I mention horrible workmanship.
    Since day one this house and this company has been an absolute nightmare... unethical--- just lousy. Avoid like the plague. I wish I had someone to inform me. He's a charmer until you buy.
