This contractor came by and gave us a quote and quote was paid in full once we got bid and contractor has yet to come roof our business. It's been over a year and funds were paid up front and Mills Construction has yet to follow through with his obligation. I have made several phone calls and he still hasn't roofed our business or residential roofs. I wouldn't recommend!!!! I have spoke with other businesses that have used him and quality isn't even mediocre and he doesn't pay his employees after jobs are done. Please find a contractor worth hiring to get your job done well and in timely manner. PS: don't pay upfront until job is done.
