I hired Mills Contractors to build me a custom home. It was the biggest mistake that I could have made. The contractor made numerous mistakes that I continually was billed for. The majority of the sub-contractors, chosen by the general contractor were sub-standard. I ended up having to release the general contractor and 65% of the sub-contractors.
