DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHODDY WORK AND REFUSE TO CORRECT A MAJOR MISTAKE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH THE POOR WORK. Mills Siding and Roofing replaced my roof last summer and Ive had nothing but trouble during and after. Austin Priebe was the sales contractor and was pleasant to deal with however his team and Crew Chief could of cared less once the job was in process. Wood beneath the old roof that I knew was warped and in bad shape was not replaced and when I came home and saw that they had roofed over the bad wood I asked and the Crew Chief, that did not speak clear English blew me off and said "No no wood is fine and Austins reply was that he "trusted his crew chief". The job was sloppy and they left many sharp edges of metal edging and caulk everywhere. They destroyed a number of my landscape plants and left behind their lunch wrappers, cups and hundreds of nails and pieces of metal edging. I will enclose pics of what a small portion of their finished work looked like if I can. This spring I noticed that my gutters were leaking at every joint when they had never leaked before. I obtained 3 different bids for new gutters and was asked "Did someone work on your roof recently bc your gutters have been pulled loose and are canted in the wrong directions and are just destroyed" I called Austin who never told me that he came out and communicated nothing to me. I took pictures of the gutters and the destruction. I hired a contracter and they removed the gutters and he informed me that they(Mills Roofing) had installed the drip edge over rotten fascia over at least 55 feet of trim board on virtually every side of my home. I had several contractors out to evaluate and they said they couldnt remove the rotten fascia without ruining the integrity of the drip edge. The drip edge hangs over the rotten fascia by an inch and one half. I have spoken with and/or texted Austin every week for the last 6 weeks with the empty promise that he would have his crew chief take a look and get back to me about removing the fascia. No one has come Nothing has been done and no contractor wants to take the risk of destroying the drip edge. I was told by 3 contractors that "They(Mills) could see that the fascia was rotten and chose to place the drip edge anyway". I have repeatedly attempted to reach the owner and have gotten no return call. Austin doesn't answer his phone and I am left with a real mess.

I just had my house and barn roof replaced by Mills Roofing. The process went very well from start to finish. Austin was very efficient and followed up on everything. The crew did an exceptional job of cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional.
