I did have a good experience with Scott back in April of 2015. I believe he (Scott) is the owner of S&H. He replaced two water heaters in my house in 4/2015. For future plumbing projects I tend to use someone else though, since his prices are high.

Scott did an excellent job in fixing my issue. I placed a call @ 11:30 pm at night explaining my issue (no water!) but that I could wait until morning. He called @ 7:30 AM and told me his suspicion of what the issue may be. He said he would be at my home between 10:30 AM and 11: 00 AM. He arrived at 10:55 AM and got right to work in finding the issue. There were a few unexpected issues on my property but found the issue, replaced the valve that required some extra attention and returned my front garden area back to its original shape. He charged me what I consider to be a reasonable rate for the amount of time he had to spend on the problem.
The only thing I could fault and it is a 'nit', I was not offered paperwork detailing what was done with the company address and phone number for my personal records. But I know this is a fairly new business and I am sure that will evolve over time.
Scott was great to work with. He explained what he was doing and why. He stayed until I had checked out all faucets, etc. to ensure all was working again. I will use him again and expect to contact him to replace my water heater which should need replacing within the year.

This guy Scott, had a terrible attitude. He gave us a high price for work to be done and when finished said it was an even higher price and made me pay it by justifying what he had done. Why wouldn't he talk to me first before doing more expensive work. I ended up calling another plumber from our neighborhood and he was not licensed. He had insurance, but his price was more in line than hiring a company to do work and then have them rob you going and justify it by saying he's a "master" plumber. The guy in my neighborhood has been doing plumbing for years, he was a very kind person and local. Stay away from S&H Plumbing
