  They did an Fantastic job on my 4300 sq foot addition to my home..The crew works as a team and unlike many construction companies the owner is in the mix working with the crew..What would seem impossible for others was nothing but a few minutes of thinking for this crew and they had it figured out! At the end of the job we actually received an envelope with merchandise cards from Lowe’s where they had returned materials..Not many people would have done that..I would never had known one way or the other!!

  Build a barn and remodel a house

  $125,000

  Very dishonest. He did 2 big jobs for us and left them both about 80% complete and told lie after lie and drug the jobs out for months longer than they should have taken before finally quitting. We didn’t have a contract for either job which I know was a stupid mistake on my part and he took full advantage of it. We just made a deal based on his word and a handshake so I know I have no legal recourse and I’m paying for my mistake with both money and frustration. We have had to hire 2 people to come behind him and fix/finish things that he left undone or done improperly.

  Nick Milner and his crew did an awesome job at my home. I had drainage rerouted for my washing machine, a dryer vent put in for my dryer (I have an older home) so it is up to code now. I also had my single car carport closed in with patio doors and windows, a carport added to the back of the house and a French drain put beside the house. We had a little issue with a heavy rain and a leak where the wood and cement met, but that was fixed. No more problems sense. He also replaced pipes to my son's home from the meter to the home. When there was a problem 8 months later, he came to fix it. Minor problem, he said, so thankful for him. Note: He has a really good crew working with him.

  Garage door install

  I DO NOT recommend him based on his DISHONESTY saying that he wanted to do work for me and had absolutely no intention of doing it.
  I had him install a garage door for us. He did decent work with the garage door. Shortly after the motor control in the door broke. Called him to install a new motor. And he jerked me around for 3 weeks. When I finally told him I found someone else to do it he said "awesome" his exact words were awesome.
