Electrician was unable to balance a brand new fan they installed, so they asked us to buy a new fan which we did. The next day the attempted to balance the fan again but couldn't. I told the electrician if they were going to charge us to reinstall a fan they couldn't balance to leave it and we would do it. The electrician said he had to call a supervisor so I left to watch my kids. When I got back, he installed the new fan and said no charge. A month later, we received our bill with a $125 charge. I called Linda to request the charge he removed, she told me she would talk to electrician and call me back. Two months later I received the same bill. Again I called the get the charge taken off to which I got the same response. Months later, they sent it to collecrions. I explained it to the collection agency and the agency reached out to get the $125 removed. Milow electric refused. Milow electric also lied about attempting to reach me prior to sending it to collections.
Milow electric charged me for a service I stated upfront I did not want, they were unable to communicate or get answers for me when I disputed the charge for service and zero communication troubleshooting customer concerns. Do not do business with them..
