Fraud, he asked for money upfront per the contract, the rest was due upon completion. Was having some personal issues so ask for additional money halfway through the project which I gave him (will never do this again!) then he took my money and disappeared, stopped returned calls, texts etc. Please be careful would hate for this to happen to someone else.

PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! DO NOT HIRE or CONTRACT with Mr. Mils. Unprofessional, Not responsive, Lack of skills, Lack of workers. I can go on, and no I DONT OWE him any money. I tried to do a good deed and hire a black contractor and much to my surprise, I am very disappointed. To date my kitchen isn’t complete, my bathroom is complete, he doesn’t return calls or emails. Not to mention he took a cabinet that I paid for and has yet to return it or give us an ETA on when we can get it delivered. I have no kitchen sink, counter tops, stove hood or back splash in my kitchen BECAUSE OF HIM.
I do not want anyone having to experience this at all. Can you imagine being without a kitchen for over 2 months.
DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
