I interviewed and received quotes from 6 contractors to replace my 40 year old HVAC system in my 4000 sq ft home. Milton came to perform an inspection and provided a quote.
His quote was not the least expensive but not the most either. I believe it was around 12K less than the most expensive and 3k higher than the least.
I settled the deal with Milton and provided a small down payment. The equipment was ordered and arrived about 2 weeks later. An installation date was scheduled while the equipment was safely stored in my garage.
They arrived on time and began work immediately. The work was done in a professional manner and the cleaned up after themselves as they went along. When completed we went through the features and functionality as we tested the system thoroughly.
I would highly recommend Milton and his team for your home improvement project
