    Repair water damage to exterior of HOA complex
    $10,000

    Basic Construction Services, Brian, was hired by the HOA complex not Henry F. Henry didn't follow the instructions from the HOA. The damage exceeded expectations / budget and needed HOA to investigate. Brian did successfully complete the rest of the work in our HOA complex. We appreciate Brian's professionalism in working with the HOA and highly recommend him to others

    Repair frame and stucco

    This is absolutely the worst construction/builder due to the owner Brian heggen. This guy is unprofessional to say the least, and rude and irresponsible. He doesn’t reply to messages, he gets irritated easily. He opened up a stucco and left it with no plan to continue and when things fell down and hit me on the head, I texted him and he ignored me. Don’t use this guy, avoid him at all cost: if there is a zero rating, I would pick that. Brian is not someone you want to work with. He yelled me in my house and I had to fire him.
