We contracted with Central Minnesota Renovations (CMR) for our roof, windows, and siding replacement. From the initial meeting with Jeremy Reich, I just knew this was a trustworthy company upon which I could count. This proved true time and time again with Seth Poundstone, Robert Mansur, John Riley and every single crew and finisher that worked on our home.
Jeremy shoots straight with you and is extremely responsive in returning emails, texts, and calls; plus is a really kind person. Jeremy passionately, knowledgeably, logically, and honestly answered every question I through at him; I had a lot based upon a previous experience. Seth truly knows his windows and the business. Robert is the impressive juggler who pulled the process together and is very conscientious to details. He is outstanding at managing the project even during crazy times. We only met John a couple times, but it was evident he knows this business and was helpful to us. The crews hired to do the work were outstanding. They were on time, did exceptional and efficient work, and picked up everything.
We did this project during the pandemic. This means supply chains and workers were constantly interrupted. It was and continues to be an odd and chaotic time. Yet through it all, every single person at CMR did a phenomenal job and took care of our home (plus my nerves) to the inth degree. Were there hiccups? Yes, as is expected on a job this size during this time. Was everything managed to a level 10 or more? YES!
