Workmanship appears to be ok. However his attitude needs a major adjustment. He epitomizes the classic passive aggressive behavior in that he does not react maturely to customer feedback that he perceives as negative and he will purposely do things to make you aware of that. Case in point. He promised to call me several days after he was at my home to evaluate the window work we needed. He failed to call on the date he said he would and when I called him on it his attitude drastically changed from friendly to antagonistic. He completed the work we needed on August 27 and we paid him that day($620.00). He said at that time he would have his wife provide me with a receipt ASAP. We did not receive that receipt until October 20 despite several phone calls and text messages we made and sent requesting that receipt. On two of the phone calls he said he would send us the receipt. When we did receive the receipt the paid amount was incorrect ($600.00 vs the $620.00 we paid). At this time I would not recommend Mr. Mirabello to other customers.
