This company was assigned to me by a home warranty company. According to my home warranty company, Miracle Klear Inc (doing business as) Hibiscus Pools was required to contact me and service my warrant repair within one business day. Over one month passed and the company failed to provide the service. Attempts to reach the company were unsuccessful. After several attempts to have my warrant service re-assigned to another company, my home warranty company insisted on having my repair done by Miracle Klear Inc (doing business as) Hibiscus Pools. I cannot speak of the quality of service provided, as none has been provided. Perhaps there is a reasonable justification or explanation for the failure to provide the repairs as assigned. If so, I can return to here and provide an update.
