I hired Daniel Winn to replace my roof. He ordered the wrong materials then tried to make it work. The stucco work needed was done so badly that I could see the wire through the stucco & he told me it was fine. The workman doing the stucco appeared to be drunk; Mr. Winn did not seem to think it was a problem. He wanted me to pay in full before the work was finished, and when I would not, he refused to finish the job. What work he did was done poorly.
