Hired Miranda General Contracting for a gut rehab project that was over 130k and it was the worst decision I made. His subcontractors have no attention to detail and Antonio gave them to much freedom since he would not stop by as often to check on the work. Over spray when it came down to painting. Grout lines were all over the place. Return vents were removed in bedroom and family room, one big return vent installed in kitchen which is not code. Insulation in ceiling removed for months and not replaced which lead to AC working overtime and not cooling the house. No experience in a huge project that I had him fire his subcontractor Vidal for not showing up to work. This lead me to fire Miranda General Contracting for also not showing up to complete work and coming up with so many different excuses and delaying a project they promised to be done in 4 months which was already on month 7. No permits pulled and no warranty paperwork on any workmanship done at the property which included roof, gutter, cement work and foundation.
