I highly recommend Vlad, the owner of Miravdi Construction for you construction needs. Vlad built a full ADU from plans I had drawn up. His prices are competitive, but where he stands apart is his commitment to get the job done ASAP. I've used contractors in the past that disappear from the job site for days, if not weeks. Vlad, or his workers were here pretty much everyday until the project was complete. And the quality was top notch!

Talks a good talk but when it came it getting things done always had an excuse, then after taking deposit just made up excuses to go way above what was quoted and finally just did not do any work.

Hired Vladimir & his team to add a bathroom and two bedrooms along with complete house remodel. They stripped the house down to studs and rebuilt. This company was not cheapest bid but after seeing their portfolio of work we wanted only the best. The quality of craftsmanship was top of the line & the attention to detail was befond our expectation. The crews were very professional, hard working & polite. I was contacted by miravdi construction owner Vladimir and he literally beg me to do hvac work for him. He looked like a honest guy at first so we made a deal and I started the job. He would call me sereval times a day to see how it was going and to make sure I was right on schedule .  I finish the job and when I try to collect my payment the nice guy that would call me every hour to see what I needed would not answer my calls or text. Long story short miravdi construction look the money from the owner of the house and did not pay the sub contractors. Now the home owner have to deal with multiple   liens.  DO NOT HIRE MIRAVDI CONSTRUCTION HE IS A SCAMMER

Excellent work! Did an extensive repair to door, window and cracks in stucco exteriors. I highly recommend them!

After a fire Vladimir and his team put our house back together as if nothing ever happened. We liked Vladimir and his team's work so much that we had them add another room with a bathroom on to another house that we own. Yes we would definitely recommend Vladimir and his team to anyone that we know needs construction work accomplished.

Our home was damaged by fire. Vladimir and his team were professional, reliable, and provided great customer service. He made contact with me frequently to keep me updated on my home. He put in high quality work along with it being on time. I could not even tell my house was damaged by any fire. I hired Miravdi Construction to repair dry rot on beams that were on the outside of the house. The original plan we had was to cut out the beams and replace a board that supported the roof overhang. (Can you tell I'm not well versed in construction lingo?) We had to change direction because of structural issues. Vladimir had his structural engineering company draw up plans for what was needed to do the job right. The job ended up costing more than originally proposed because of the engineering needed, extra materials, specialized lumber, additional labor/time, etc. There was also about a week's time delay in getting the job finished. I cannot, however, fault Miravdi Construction for these problems. Vladimir and all workers were very professional, down to earth, and easy to talk with. While this project was relatively small, Vladimir was conscientious and ethical, and he put forth the effort to personally make sure the job was completed properly (structurally sound). We recently had pipe burst in our rental home. Vladimir and his team handled our claim very efficiently with our insurance carrier, even got the insurance company to pay for all code upgrades, which we were expecting to pay out of pocket. The work was done fast and to perfection, 3 new bathrooms complete gut and remodel, new kitchen complete gut and remodel, new subfloor and flooring throughout. Crew showed up on time, very clean, professional, 5-STAR Builder. I highly recommend Vladimir and his team, they truly go above and beyond. Just overall great people to do business with.

First class contractor! We hired MIRAVDI Construction after we had a house fire in August. We interviewed a lot of other contractors who were extremely pushy, but we felt very at ease with the team at MIRAVDI, they told us the in and outs of the insurance claims process without forcing us to sign a "work authorization". The job got completed beyond our expectations, ahead of schedule, (we were able to save a months rent) and with no out of pocket expenses. We didn't have code upgrade coverage and the owner from MIRAVDI was gracious to cover the cost. He told us it was the least they could do for us after we lost our home. We are extremely thankful that we met MIRAVDI CONSTRUCTION after our disaster. They turned our tragedy into a blessing in disguise. MIRAVDI CONSTRUCTION is a Five Star builder who doesn't cut corners and the owner will take care of you!! Give them a call.
