I would not recommend them. I bought a town house with a 1 year warranty. There was a window screen missing. I submitted a request to place it, they didn’t not respond for days and I had to message them multiple times. The response was very rude and unprofessional, my personal life and who was and wasn’t living in the house was brought up. They refused to place the window screen.
