Mission Flats Co. is a general contractor specializing in kitchen and bath remodels. Our company has an in house cabinetry shop and in house cabinetry and trim installers. Along with the finish carpentry we will manage the other involved subcontractors.
Our pricing is a combination of two methods. Any work done by the in-house crew (cabinetry, trim work, millwork) will have a fixed price and subcontracted work will be estimated and ultimately invoiced on a cost-plus-management-fee basis.

I have hired Jake and his team twice over the years, first to do a full remodel of my home, and second to do a face lift to the curb appeal from my home. The team is on time, tidy and personable, which made the construction process go smoothly. Both times, they have delivered to meet my expectations and bring my remodel vision to reality.

We worked with Jake Palmer of Mission Flats Construction and his associates. There were challenges to the project not of Jake's making and he did a great job helping us with the issues he "inherited" and did a great job on our project. We were really happy with the outcome and I was so pleased at how they always left the job site tidy and minimized the impact on our daily lives. Doing remodel work while a family is living in a residence is challenging and Jake was clearly up to the task. I recommend him heartily.

I recently hired Jake and his crew to do some finish work on a commercial project. They set and installed a bunch of mill work. Built a custom hidden door and did a bunch of the trim work.
