I have a rather large house in Palos Verdes, CA. I hired Du All Home Service to add a room on to my house. This was, without question, the best decision I have ever made when hiring a contractor. The owner, Kevin Garnier, was there for me from start to finish. He showed up every day as promised. His workers were professional. They cleaned up everyday. The price was right and so was the service. I highly recommend calling Kevin at Du All Home Service for any work you need done on your house.

Du All was hired to work on a heating and repiping project for our MDU building. HUGE MISTAKE. Their name is a misnomer as they demonstrated they can not do anything right. Their work was incredibly sloppy -- vents were installed crookedly, drywall was applied in clumps, the painting was erratic and they never bothered to clean up the mess they made daily. We are still removing layers of dust throughout our home. The owner, Kevin Garnier, took on a job he could not manage and wound up firing 2 crews due to multiple complaints. Timelines were not met. He promised a 5-day turnaround and it bordered on 20. He was also nonresponsive and never returned calls or texts. Even though he will provide you a low bid, stay away. You will spend far more $$ redoing all of his shoddy work.

Horrible company that cuts corners and does cheap shoddy work. Dragged out a multi-unit renovation by 4 months, caused tenants to file multiple construction noise and epoxy paint odor complaints with SF Building Inspection, did not pull permits resulting in fines, applied thin layers of paint to doors and surfaces resulting in peeling after a few months, punched a 2 foot hole through tenants ceiling during bathroom remodel in unit above.
