Do not use this company if you care about service. They did the plumbing for my entire house (a new construction) and at first all seemed fine. After I moved in and the problems started occurring is when I began to see how they truly feel about their customers, and how they feel is that servicing a job they've already completed is beneath them and is an inconvenience. While they showed up at first, they were very hard to get a hold of, and would routinely cancel the day of a scheduled follow up. The did fix a few items, but those that they felt were too inconvenient they just ignored. Some of the repairs were faulty parts, that was not their fault, but still they need to service, but they did complain. Others issues were just a result of shoddy work. I was told over and over not to worry that they would take care of it, and literally after months of hounding them, including the last day when I took off of work to meet with Bob, I was told the amount of time that passed put me outside of the 1 year warranty, and it was my problem now. If you want people who do work that lasts just around a year, and treat you like crap, and lead you on, and then leave you high and dry, this is the company for you. Also make sure you don't mind hearing constant F bombs. I personally am not offended by the language, but for someone I don't know to speak like that from the very start, I wouldn't ever refer them to anyone. If they did a good job that would have been fine with me, but clearly that was not the case. Live and learn, but hopefully I can prevent someone else from having this experience.
