    We had foundation issues on our 60 year old home back in 2016. Did a lot of shopping around since this was going to be a large expense. MitchCo was not the least expensive quote that we got but I felt beyond confident in the work they had done in past projects and the gentleman who assessed my home explained the why behind what needed to be done. We ended up choosing the “hybrid pillar” system that MitchCo offers and the room addition we leveled hasn’t moved since! I wanted to wait a few years to leave this review so I could see the quality of Mitchco’s work and it proved to be beyond satisfactory. Mr Mitchell and team have an outstanding work ethic and I highly recommend them for your foundation project.

    We had foundation repair done by Mitchco in 2015. They have slick talking salespeople similar to car salesman. They tell you anything you want to hear just to make the sale. When it came down to actually doing the foundation repair, things changed and the price went up. And Don’t DARE try to get them honor their “lifetime” warranty which requires lots of extra tests and costs out of YOUR pocket to be done when they say. Dealing with Lucy at Mitchco(as incompetent as they come-my 6 year old can do a better job than her) is like dealing with the Devil. I don’t wish that on anyone. The bottom line is DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Mitchco, steer the other direction!!!
