We contracted Mitch Pedro for roofing, soffitting, and siding. He visited for an estimate and took his time making sure he considered everything. compared to two other estimates, his was most complete and most reasonable. The property was cleaned up, including magnetic nail sweep, upon completion. He carefully removed and replaced rain gutter rather than charging extra for new gutter and he incorporated artistic replacements for the flower pot hangers that were removed during the project. We recommend him and would call on him again for construction needs.
