    I hired this company because of the great reviews they have, which I'm starting to doubt are real. Sam showed up to mount a TV on a cinderblock wall and give a quote for two electrical outlets (exterior mounted on studs with MC cable, no drywall/fishing, etc.). He quoted $825 for two electrical outlets (ridiculous quote) so I passed on those. It took Sam what felt like about two hours to install the TV mount (this is too long for a professional). He could not figure out how to assemble the bracket and initially claimed it was sized incorrectly for the TV, so I had to help him. For the mount on the wall, see photo of his installation. He ended up drilling two additional holes because he messed up. There is a noticeable gap between the mount and the wall, which wobbles when touched - this is a safety hazard. I called him about 30 minutes after he left when I realized what he had done. He said he was in EDH and would call me back. I have not received a response, and additional calls to his phone take me straight to voicemail. I have had contractors/handymen not do a job properly but they have always responded and corrected their mistakes immediately. Sam is clearly trying to dodge responsibility and does not care that we have a possible safety issue here. Avoid this company and Sam at all costs.
