    Needed a replacement water heater. They came the next morning, made all modifications required to install the new water heater, left the working area clean and the replaced water heater works perfectly.

    Installed an AC unit too small to cool the house and defective with coils failing within first few years. Thousands more in repairs and service and they never diagnosed the problems they created. Had to hire other AC techs who quickly found a fixed the problem - but unit still too small. Mitchell engages in fraud and negligent service practices, fabricates excuses to cover for installation problems, violates STate consumer protection laws and federal warranty laws. Insists unit works even when undeniable proof is provided, sells defective products and tries to use repair warranty to repudiate any implied warranty consumer entitled to under the law. We are out many thousands and don't have a workable unit
