Mister Mitchell came out to my home and gave me a bid for my new fence for my backyard and gave me a receipt for half of the payment for $1,300 and promptly cashed the check and never gave me a call back or returned with the wood to do the work that he promised I cannot get a hold of him all the numbers that are shown for him are disconnected I would like to know how I can get ahold of him or how I can go about getting my money back or getting the material that I paid for already so if anybody has any any way to contact him please let me know phone number is 559-236-8825 or 559 2836818 thank you

Bad business ethic. William Mitchell arrived at my house on December 22 to provide a bid for custom gate, signed an agreement and a receipt for the deposit $800 and promptly cashed the check the same day. He called in mid-February to schedule a date for installation (one month after the due project due date). He never showed up and disappeared. I left message with his neighbor, referral person and left message with his son. No responses. Phone disconnected. The contact didn't list business address and County has not record of FBN. Disappointed in Fresno; duped.
