September 25, 2019Remodel kitchen and bathroom. Build up posts for exterior add new bathroom. Update laundry room and$52,000Response from Miva Construction LLC September 27, 2019This Review is Dishonest and an attempt of defamation Made by a Homeowner who had trouble for months to chose a material for her home . Dear Holy, me and you started a project Together in January 2019. We spent countless hours together and Countless days trying to figure out what you want to do with your home and your Kitchen. I had Told you that we need a deposit Before the work starts, because of the countless time and days we’ve spent trying to pick the Perfect material for you which YOU had a problem choosing . Days and weeks and weeks of waiting for you to choose the right material. Finally, in March I Receive a message from you that you would like your money back and you’d like to terminate the contract or else you would be contacting an attorney . So, since you terminated the contract on the Wrong grounds and no reasoning to terminate the Contract. My company would not take the fall for 3 months of wasted time and cancelled project because of your inability to choose a material on time . On top of that, you wanted the full deposit back because we never actually did much work. And you didn’t want to pay for my Companies 3 months waster on your home . On top of that, You didn’t want to pay for the material already bought and the work already done . On top of all of that you contacted an attorney . So in turn, I had to contact my attorney so that I don’t Have to pay for your Tardiness in choosing a material .

Update: Legal Judgement won against this shady contractor but not one cent has been repaid. He lives high on the hog of other people's hard earned money.
Horrendous. Dishonest, unreliable, unskilled laborer. A complete nightmare. Mike took my $27,000 deposit and spent it. He comes off as super helpful and kind but its all a sham. He never filed for permits, never hired an engineer, ordered my cabinets, etc. My house was left in shambles. The only guy he had working for him came late and tore up my floor and ceiling and didn't know what he was doing, his employee although seemingly nice didn't understandEnglish very well or construction apparently. Couldn't get anyone to come back and left me without a closet or laundry room floor
Mike promised a refund but then he admitted he spent my money and refused to work out an amicable repayment. Its been over a year since Mike stole my money and ran.
* met an elderly couple on Facebook who say Mike stole their insurance money and left them without a functioning kitchen. My attorney says multliple lawsuits have been filed and it doesn't appear he has an active license. Beware of working with Mikhail or Mike Isaak.
