We originally hired MJ Concrete Repair to replace old or missing expansion joints between concrete slabs in our back patio. They recommended rubber, and flexible expansion joints but instead of putting gravel or sand into the spaces to make sure the rubber expansion joints would remain flush with the surface, they did not put in anything. Within a couple of weeks, the rubber expansion joints have slipped down into the spaces between the slabs and look terrible causing trip hazards. They were going to come out and replace the rubber expansion joints with pressure treated wood, as I requested, and we set a date for them to come out and fix the problem. They did not show up on the agreed upon day and no longer answer any of my texts or phone calls. They obviously feel we aren’t worth the trouble. We are very unhappy with their business practices.
