Martin built a house for us 2 1/2 years ago in the South Lakes subdivision in Fuquay Varina, NC. This is what I hear regularly from our neighbors: "Oooooohh! You have an MJRose home? We LOVE his houses!" I agree with my neighbors 100%. We got many "extras" for which other builders would have charged a "pretty penny." His team does quality work at a reasonable price. We have never regretted our choice to go with MJRose as a builder. Thanks, Martin!
