MJ WARD CALLED ME RIGHT BACK AND DID A BEAUTIFULL JOB ON THE FRONT OF MY HOME . HIS EXPERIANCE IN STUCCO AND MASONRY HAS REALLY IMPRESSED ME AND HE LEFT MY HOUSE LOOKING BRAN NEW . I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES OF MJWARD AND DEFENATLY WILL REFER THEN TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. SUZANNE (MANAYUNK)

When I bought my house the exterior had recently been redone by MJ Ward - work was less than a year old. Home inspection revealed several issues with the quality of the job and I requested that the issues be fixed before closing.
MJ Ward charged the former homeowners to come back and repair their own shoddy craftsmanship and today, less than 5 years later, the masonry is already starting to crumble and deteriorate in several areas.
No excuse for this type of work, I am shocked these guys are still in business. Masonry should not need to be repaired 3 times in less than a decade, that's completely ridiculous.
Don't let them work on your home or any building you care about.
