    build a house

    After the one year warranty period things started to go wrong. The painted surfaces on the outside faded badly. Some windows (Silverline from Anderson) lost their seal, the window company replaced the first two. Two years later two more windows lost their seal and now I was told that labor was not covered and I had to replace them myself, these windows were supposed to have a 10 year guarantee. Another contractor said it looked like they were installed wrong. Four of the window screens cannot be removed, tried to see if MJC would help solve our window issue after three attempts to contact customer service they still have not replied. We paid 5,000 for upgraded appliances and now the microwave only works intermittently, the dishwasher doesn't dry, stove had to be replaced before we even used it. Kitchen faucet is a piece of junk.

    Bought a house from MJC last year and it has been great, no problems whatsoever. It was a pleasure dealing with the builder, superintendent and sales staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality home at a reasonable price.

    I purchased a house from MJC about a year ago over in Partridge Creek. It was a very good experience. They were quite professional and I had no problems whatsoever.The house is awesome and I have had no problems with it. I would give the overall experience 9 out of 10. The builders office/sales rep and superintendent were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt returning my calls.
