Hired MJM to do a roofing and siding job. After the work was completed we noticed water on our dining room ceiling. It took the company 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to finally come out and look at it. After the first major rain storm the siding is falling off and just dangling against the house. As of today-3 days later no one has come out to address the problem. I would not hire them again. Once the work is completed and payment made it is hard to get the company to address any problems there are.

The work performed was satisfactory but the lack of communication between MJM and the customer was unprofessional. There were at least three times they said they were going to be on the job the next day and never showed and NEVER called to say they were not coming. A five or six day job turned out to be a two month fiasco.

MJM replaced my roof using insurance money in 2015, it took almost a year to complete the job, hired in March 2014 and they came to install in April 2017. I informed them of the damages to the roof prior to finishing the project but they ignored my request to fix anything and that the inspection was done and completed. Now three years later, the roof have been leaking since then and causing more damages over kitchen and living area. I contacted them recently and informed me that they will not honor the warranty they promised until collection is paid off??? Job was never completed properly and they are demanding extra money. I had other companies came over to assess the damages, they advised me roof need tear off again!!! Total scam and looks like he has done this to many neighbors in the area!!! this is one of the storm chasers contractors, so be aware!!
